The seller shown at checkout and on your receipt may be an independent Merchant of Record. Its identity and purchase terms will be disclosed before you order. These terms govern our website and services; purchase, tax and payment obligations are allocated according to the actual seller arrangement. Neither these terms nor another provider's terms remove mandatory consumer rights. You may contact us about a purchase even if the seller handles its financial refund.
2. WHAT THE SERVICE PROVIDES
The service offers a curated business-idea catalogue, browsing and comparison tools, and the additional tools and community features described in your plan. The catalogue is educational information and inspiration, not a personalized legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advisory service.
Descriptions, launch budgets, qualitative earning indicators, ratings and examples do not promise profit, customers, funding, suitability, regulatory approval or any particular result. Budgets reflect their stated launch scope and may exclude founder pay, hired development, advertising or later expansion. Financial-planner results depend on the assumptions entered. Fit Finder results match preferences to available catalogue information; they do not predict success.
Assess an idea's practical costs, demand, permits and risks before committing money. Examples of other businesses do not mean we are affiliated with them or that their results are typical. Our responsibility to supply the service as agreed remains unchanged.
3. ACCOUNTS AND PERMITTED USE
Anyone may browse our public pages and twelve sample ideas. Accounts and Basic purchases are available to people aged 13 or older. Members under 18 must have a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Premium membership, including all Premium tools, community rooms, private messages and project spaces, is available only to people aged 18 or older.
You can purchase without first creating a MoneyReacher account: choose a plan, enter your email and pay. By paying, you agree to these Terms. After confirmed payment, we create a new account from the checkout email and sign you in through a secure return where supported. If that email belongs to an existing account, a one-time email code verifies access before the purchase is attached, unless you are already signed in to that account. Signed-in members use their existing account. Basic-to-Premium upgrades require sign-in before the credit is applied. A one-time code also provides recovery if the original checkout session is unavailable. Returning from checkout alone does not establish paid access or control of an email address. Purchase reassignment requires verified ownership. After your email is confirmed, you may also set an optional password for faster sign-in; a one-time email code always remains available to sign in or to replace a forgotten password. Keep your password private and do not reuse it from other services.
Provide accurate account information and do not misrepresent your eligibility. Protect your sign-in credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have the legal capacity or legally required authorization to enter the applicable contract; a person acting for a company must have authority to do so.
If we learn that an account holder is under 13, we close the account and promptly delete their personal data, except specific records we are required by law to retain under restricted access. If we learn that a Premium member is under 18, we end Premium access and stop renewal. Eligible Basic access may remain under these Terms. Any refund or other remedy follows mandatory law and the binding purchase terms; these age rules do not remove those rights. Contact us if you believe an age-related restriction is mistaken.
Your plan gives you access to use the catalogue and tools for evaluating and planning your own business activities. You may pursue business concepts described in the catalogue. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of our protected writing, images, software or the catalogue compilation. Do not resell access, share credentials, redistribute substantial catalogue content, scrape protected areas, impersonate others or bypass security. These restrictions do not override statutory exceptions or independently held rights.
4. BASIC AND PREMIUM
Basic costs US$79 once at the standard price. It includes non-expiring access to the complete published catalogue, future catalogue additions, search and filtering, comparison of up to three ideas, saved ideas and named collections. It has no recurring charge. It does not include Premium-only tools or community access.
Premium includes all Basic benefits, plus active-subscription access to Business Partner Finder, Cost & Profit Planner, Idea Fit Finder, the Help Me Choose Room, the How to Get Customers Room, the Insights from the Industry Room, accepted private conversations and invitation-only project spaces. We do not guarantee a particular number of members, responses, suitable partners or commercial opportunities.
Premium is billed yearly. The founding base price is US$149 per year for the first 1,000 qualifying paid Premium members, including qualifying Basic customers who upgrade while places remain. After those places have been filled, the standard base price for new Premium members is US$199 per year. There is no time deadline for the founding offer. Founding status is allocated only on a confirmed qualifying purchase, and each member counts once rather than again on renewal. Applicable taxes, valid discounts, the total amount due and the annual renewal price are disclosed before purchase.
Premium renews annually at the price disclosed and agreed at checkout unless renewal is canceled. Founding members retain their US$149 yearly base renewal price while their paid membership remains continuous. Canceling renewal does not itself end the already-paid membership period. If membership actually lapses, rejoining is subject to the terms available at that time, without an automatic right to restore the founding price. You can cancel renewal through the account’s subscription-management route and contact support for help. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Any legally required renewal or price-change notices and cancellation rights still apply.
A customer with a valid, unreversed full-price US$79 Basic purchase qualifies for a single US$79 credit against the first Premium year. The first-year base amount due is US$70 when a founding place is available, or US$120 at the standard annual price, before applicable tax adjustments. Subsequent yearly base renewals are US$149 for continuous founding members or US$199 for standard members. The credit applies once, does not repeat on renewal or after canceling and rejoining, and does not arise from Basic access retained after Premium. A qualifying founding upgrade counts toward the 1,000-member limit. Discounted-purchase and coupon-combination eligibility must be stated before accepting an affected order; an undisclosed credit or coupon restriction will not be imposed retrospectively.
After normal expiry of a valid paid Premium subscription, you retain Basic access and its future catalogue additions permanently. Your Premium tools, community, messaging and project-room access end. Saved Premium work is preserved under the stated retention policy for possible reactivation but is not available through Premium product screens while your account is Basic. Privacy access and deletion rights are separate. Authorized active-Premium teammates retain their room and shared work even when its creator loses Premium.
A failed, unconfirmed, free or fully reversed transaction does not itself create permanent Basic ownership. Refunds and chargebacks are reconciled against other valid purchases so an independently valid Basic purchase is not removed improperly. Statutory rights govern where they require a different outcome.
5. CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
All sales are final, except in countries or territories where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. For example, consumers residing in the European Union may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the legal conditions and exceptions explained below.
Refunds will also be provided where required by the binding purchase terms of the seller identified at checkout. Otherwise, refunds are not available unless the seller expressly approves an exception at its discretion.
We offer no additional money-back guarantee. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. To ask for a refund or to withdraw, simply email contact@moneyreacher.com from the email address you bought with — that is enough. You can also use our online withdrawal function at /withdrawal. A summary is at /refunds.
Where applicable law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from this online service or digital-content contract, send your withdrawal notice within 14 calendar days after the contract is concluded. Any legally required extension or different period still applies. This is the deadline for giving notice, not a requirement for the refund to reach you within 14 days of purchase. No worldwide 14-day withdrawal promise is created by these terms.
To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, use the website's clearly labeled withdrawal function, send a clear statement to contact@moneyreacher.com, or use the model form below. You do not need permission or a reason to exercise a statutory no-reason withdrawal right. The required online function remains readily and continuously accessible throughout the applicable period, includes a confirmation step and provides an acknowledgment on a durable medium containing your statement and its date and time. It is separate from canceling renewal and does not restrict other legally valid withdrawal methods.
For a purchase that legally qualifies as paid digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the applicable withdrawal right can end when supply starts after your prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgment of the resulting loss of that right, and the required confirmation on a durable medium. This exception applies only where the law permits it for the actual product sold and the necessary process has been completed. Opening an account or merely viewing an idea is not, by itself, the required consent process. Rights concerning defective or nonconforming content remain unaffected.
An ongoing Premium service is not fully performed when access begins. Where you expressly request that a service start during the withdrawal period and all applicable legal conditions are met, a proportionate amount for the service already supplied may be payable. No arbitrary access fee or full-price charge applies simply because you logged in. Any such amount and its collection must comply with applicable law; no prohibited unilateral deduction from a refund will be made. Where a withdrawal right has not validly ended, it remains available for its applicable period.
A statutory withdrawal refund is issued within the applicable legal deadline. Where the Slovak 14-day reimbursement rule applies, the seller must refund the required payment no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your withdrawal notice. The original payment method is used unless another lawful method is expressly agreed, without an unauthorized refund-processing fee or replacement with credit. The seller identified at checkout may administer the refund; its involvement does not extend a statutory deadline.
The withdrawal period does not shorten mandatory remedies for non-supply, defects, nonconformity, misleading practices, unauthorized charges or other legal grounds. Those rights may remain available after 14 days. Canceling Premium renewal stops future renewals; it does not itself create a refund or credit for the current paid period unless applicable law, binding purchase terms or an express individual refund decision provides otherwise.
For a problem or an exceptional refund request, contact contact@moneyreacher.com. Please include your account email, order reference if available, purchase date and a short explanation where relevant. Do not send a full card number, password or unnecessary identity documents. Contacting support does not create an additional refund entitlement, and these requested details do not restrict any legally valid withdrawal method.

6. PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE
Tell us if the service was not supplied, does not match the agreement or fails to function as required. We will assess the complaint and provide the correction, price reduction, termination, refund or other remedy required by the applicable law and circumstances. A general disclaimer does not replace these duties. Your claim is not automatically lost because the ordinary withdrawal period has ended.
7. COMMUNITY, MESSAGES AND THIRD PARTIES
Members are responsible for their own posts, conduct and business arrangements. Do not post unlawful material, confidential information you are not entitled to share, threats, harassment, spam, scams or infringing content. Keep commercial claims honest and distinguish experience from estimates. Honest criticism and lawful complaints are not prohibited simply because they are unfavorable.
You retain rights in your own content and grant us the limited rights needed to store, display and operate it according to your chosen audience and these terms. Community posts are visible to the relevant members; private conversations and project spaces are limited to authorized participants, with restricted administrative access as described in the privacy policy. A private project space is not a substitute for a confidentiality agreement between its participants.
We provide reporting, blocking and moderation. Report anything that worries you — illegal content, scams, harassment or a member's conduct — to the MoneyReacher team: use the Report button next to the post, message or profile, the report form at /report-illegal-content, or email contact@moneyreacher.com. The owner initially handles reports. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the local police or emergency services first. We may restrict content or accounts for breaches, fraud, security threats or legal reasons, using proportionate measures and explanations/review routes where required. We do not monitor every message before it appears or promise round-the-clock moderation. Contact support to challenge a moderation decision. Restrictions must respect applicable remedies and are not a way to avoid contractual obligations.
We do not vet or guarantee every member, business partner, statement, linked service or offer. Conduct your own checks and agree appropriate contracts before sharing sensitive information or entering transactions. External providers control their own services and subscriptions. Canceling our Premium plan does not cancel an independently purchased third-party subscription.
8. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
We remain responsible for our contractual obligations and for liability the law does not allow us to exclude. We do not guarantee business success, specific earnings or a successful relationship with another member. Loss resulting from a business decision is assessed under the applicable law; the existence of a catalogue entry is not a promise that your venture will succeed.
For consumers, nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights, remedies or legally recoverable damages. No universal purchase-price cap is imposed on consumer claims. Nothing excludes fraud, intentional misconduct, liability for death or personal injury where it cannot be excluded, or statutory data-protection liability.
9. CHANGES, DISPUTES AND YOUR RIGHTS
We may maintain and improve the website, but this does not give us an unrestricted right to remove paid benefits, revoke non-expiring Basic access or change an agreed paid term retrospectively. Material contractual changes require the notices, valid basis and options required by law. We will identify the effective date of revised terms and keep the accepted version available where required.
The law applicable to a contract and the competent courts are determined under the relevant conflict-of-laws and jurisdiction rules and any valid choice in the actual seller's agreement. These website terms do not independently choose Slovak law for every international consumer purchase or grant a voluntary worldwide cooling-off period. Consumers retain all applicable mandatory protections and court options. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is included in this draft.
Contact us first if you wish to resolve a complaint, without limiting the time or means available to exercise statutory rights. Where applicable, consumers may use an authorized alternative dispute-resolution body after seeking redress and meeting its admissibility conditions. For disputes with us, the competent body is the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), Department for Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution, Bajkalská 21/A, P.O. Box 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27, Slovakia, ars@soi.sk or adr@soi.sk, www.soi.sk; other authorized bodies are listed by the Slovak Ministry of Economy. You can submit a proposal if we rejected your complaint or did not reply within 30 days of your request. Using alternative dispute resolution is voluntary and does not affect your right to go to court. Disputes about a purchase handled by the seller identified at checkout follow that seller's dispute-resolution information. These terms do not require use of an obsolete EU online dispute-resolution platform.
If a provision is unenforceable, mandatory law applies and the remaining lawful provisions continue. An invalid limitation is not a reason to deny a valid consumer claim.
